Free Returns​

We offer free returns, if raised with us within 15 days of delivery.

 

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

• A proof of purchase or order number is required.

 

 

How to Start a Return​​

1. Email us at hello@trekkier.co.uk

2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

3. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

 

 

Refunds​

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3-5days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.​

Exchanges​

Need a different size? You can return the original item and place a new order. We’ll refund the first item once we receive it.
